- Wholesale-priced labs and common medications, at or near cost
- Care coordination and referrals when you need a specialist
Not included (keep a health plan for these)
- Hospital stays and surgery
- Specialist visits and procedures
- Imaging (MRI, CT) and advanced diagnostics
- Emergency room and urgent-care facility charges
- Prescription costs at outside pharmacies
